Independent market-research software Evidence before claims

Refunds, cancellation and disputes

A fair review process that preserves consumer rights.

Change-of-mind requests and problems with delivery or the supplied service are different. This policy explains how ECG reviews each concern.

One-off purchase and cancellation

The A$5 AUD package is a one-off purchase, not a recurring subscription. There is no ongoing subscription to cancel and no recurring package charge.

If you believe a purchase was made in error, contact ECG promptly so the circumstances and transaction status can be reviewed. This statement does not create a fixed cancellation window or remove any legal right.

Change of mind

A change-of-mind request is different from a claim that the service is faulty, materially misdescribed or cannot be delivered. Change-of-mind requests are considered in good faith having regard to the circumstances, including whether access has already been granted. A refund is not automatic solely because a customer changes their mind.

This is not a blanket “no refunds” policy.

Faulty, misdescribed or undeliverable service

Customers may have non-excludable rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights are not limited by this policy.

If the supplied service is faulty, materially different from its description, or cannot be delivered, ECG will review the issue and provide any remedy required by applicable law. The appropriate remedy depends on the facts and may include correcting the problem, completing delivery, changing the agreement, or providing a refund or other remedy where required.

How to request a review

  1. Email support@ecgtradingintelligence.com.au.
  2. State whether the concern relates to payment, delivery, TradingView access, product description, a change of mind or another issue.
  3. Include enough purchase information to identify the transaction and the TradingView username supplied. Do not send a password, security code or full card details.
  4. ECG may ask for information reasonably needed to verify the purchase and assess the issue.
  5. ECG will review the request in good faith and explain the outcome and any proposed remedy.

No response deadline is promised where one has not been established. Statutory rights and remedies continue to apply.

Disputes

Please contact ECG first so the facts and a possible resolution can be reviewed. If the issue is not resolved, you may seek independent advice or use an external consumer-assistance or dispute-resolution option available to you. This policy does not restrict reporting an issue to a regulator or exercising any legal right.

Payment concerns

For a duplicate, unrecognised or otherwise disputed transaction, contact ECG and the relevant payment provider or financial institution as appropriate. Do not email full card details. When live purchasing is separately enabled, Stripe will process payment details under its own terms and procedures.
