Delivery remains manual after payment is verified. MT5, MT4 and cTrader delivery uses the email supplied at checkout. ECG emails a ZIP containing both compiled indicators for your selected platform and installation instructions. Please allow time for manual processing.
If you are waiting for your package, check your spam or junk folder. For delivery or installation help, email ECG from the address used at checkout and include your platform and Stripe receipt reference. Never send full card details, passwords or security codes.
