A clear boundary around the website and package.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to use of the ECG Trading Intelligence website and, if live purchasing is separately enabled, the purchase and delivery of the package described below. “ECG”, “we” and “us” mean ECG Trading Intelligence. These terms are plain-English information and are not legal advice or a legal certification.

2. The package

The package costs A$5 AUD as a one-off purchase. It is not a subscription and does not create a recurring charge.

After payment is verified and the customer supplies the correct TradingView username, ECG manually grants private invite-only TradingView access to both included indicators:

• ECG Pair Pulse MTF; and
• ECG History + Delta.

No Pine source code is supplied. The purchase provides access to use the two closed-source indicators through TradingView; it does not transfer source code or ownership of the indicators.

3. Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for maintaining a usable TradingView account, supplying the exact TradingView username, maintaining access to that account, and using the platform and indicators appropriately. Never send ECG a TradingView password or security code.

An incorrect username or a TradingView account issue may prevent or delay access until the customer supplies accurate information or resolves the platform issue.

4. TradingView is a third-party platform

TradingView is a third-party service. ECG is not TradingView and does not control TradingView accounts, platform availability, market-data feeds, account restrictions, terms or technical changes. The customer must comply with TradingView’s applicable terms.

If a third-party issue affects delivery or use, contact ECG so the facts can be reviewed. Nothing in this section excludes a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Research and decision-support only

The indicators and website are research and decision-support tools. They are not personal financial advice, a trade instruction, a buy or sell signal, a recommendation, or a promise of profit, performance, loss control or any other outcome.

Markets involve uncertainty and risk. The customer remains responsible for independent assessment, suitability, platform settings, risk controls and every decision made using or after viewing the information.

6. Website information and availability

ECG aims to describe the product accurately and to keep material website information clear. Market data, third-party platforms and online services can be unavailable, delayed or changed. No delivery deadline, uptime commitment or service level is promised where one has not been established.

7. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
